Showing items 1 through 9 of 12.These Regulations list in the Schedule the prescribed bodies for the purposes of section 15(2) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. These bodies shall be exempted from payment of a fee for access to the digital cadastral database (DCDB).
These Regulations specify, in the Schedule, the qualifications that shall be the appropriate qualifications for the purposes of section 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Land Surveyors Act.
These Regulations set out the form of an application under section 7(3) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. Such application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule.
These Regulations, made by the Minister under Section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act, stipulate that a person, on whose behalf a survey of State Land is carried out by a Government Surveyor, shall pay to Government the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.

These Regulations amend the Land Surveyors (Diplomas) Regulations 2011 in the Schedule by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical order, a new item. The Schedule lists, for the purposes of section 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Land Surveyors Act, the the appropriate qualifications.
