La presente Resolución aprueba el Manual de procedimiento único para la regularización de bienes inmuebles y la adjudicación y titulación de derechos de posesión por parte de la Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras (ANATI).

La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para Georeferenciar el Plano de Demarcación Territorial de Comunidades Nativas Tituladas, con el objeto de establecer, uniformizar, esclarecer, viabilizar y agilizar criterios técnicos y legales empleados por parte de los gobiernos regionales de la Selva y Ceja de Selva.
