Official Letter No. VB-6-21/1003 of the Ministry of Taxes and Dues regarding the expropriation of the plots of land.

The Ministry of Taxes and Dues, on the instructions of the Government, communicates that the owner of the plot of land must be given a year's notice in the written form of the impending expropriation of the plot of land in question by the institution that has made such decision.

Official Letter No.2-11/531 of1995 of the Committee on land resources and land survey regarding the modalities of official registration of the map of the plots of land conceded on condition of ownership.

The Committee on land resources and land survey specifies that in the process official registration of the map of the plots of land in the upper left corner of the document is adduced the series of the respective Ownership certificate of a physical or juridical person to a given plot of land while the number of the same Ownership certificate is adduced in the line 8220;.

These Rules provide that the Registry map for property in urban areas shall as far as possible be on the 1/1000 scale and that all plans of property in such areas shall be shown on such scale with necessary or obvious adjustments to conform to ordnance detail.

The Rules provide for the deletion from the Land Registration Rules, 1972 of the existing Form 3 and the introduction of a new Form 3, and amendment of Form 15. The Rules also provide for the amendment of Rules 19 and 35 of the Land Registration Rules, 1972. Form 3 concerns an application for first registration where purchase money or compensation does not exceed £50,000.
