The right of property in Turkmenistan is recognized and protected, the law ensures inviolability, equal protection and equal conditions for the development of all types and forms of property. Objects of property can be: land, subsoil, water resources, forests, flora and fauna, mining allotments.
The following amendments and addenda are introduced into the Law on investment activities: 1.
This Act provides the legal framework for the relationship between landlords and tenants, it consists of 89 sections and is divided into four parts. Part I contains general provisions on leases, rents and covenants. Part II is dedicated to the distress for rent and related procedures.
This Act prescribes that no person may hold any Iroijlaplap rights, titles and interests in and to Enewetak and Ujelang Atolls other than specified persons, who hold such rights, titles and interests to the extent permitted by, and in accordance with, the customs and traditions of the people of Enewetak.
This Act makes provision for general matters relating to written law in Kenya and contains interpretations of words and expressions used in written law in Kenya.This Act shall not apply for purposes of the construction or interpretation of the Constitution. The Constitution is not a written law for the purposes of this Act.
The purpose of the present act is to ensure the orderly carrying out of professional land surveying. The Act deals with, amongst others, matters such as the continuation of the Association of Nova Scotia Land Surveyors, its powers, acquisition and alienation of property, election zones, holding register for inspection, right of entry on land and liability, offences, etc.
The purpose of the present Act is to consolidate Acts relating to agriculture and the marketing of agricultural products. Part II lays down provisions relating to agricultural associations which may be organized for any district. Their object shall be to improve agriculture and in general rural community life.
The aim of the present Act is to regulate the stewardship of conservation of land. To this end the Minister may promote programs to recognize, encourage and support measures for the conservation of land.
The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the continuation of the Ministry of Natural Resources. The text deals, amongst others, with issues such as powers and duties of Deputy Minister and employees in general, powers of Minister, delegation of powers and duties, establishments of programs, fees, guarantees of loans, establishment of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission.
The Law consists of 3 Sections composed of 14 articles dealing with the following matters: 1) general provisions (sect. 1, arts. 1-3); 2) establishment of the state registers (sect. 2, arts. 4-9); 3) keeping and utilization of the state registers (sect. 3, arts. 10-14). The present Law establishes the modalities of the establishment, keeping and liquidation of the State Registers.
The Regional Act lays down particular provisions for implementing Act No. 440 of 1978 in matter of reallotment of abandoned and uncultivated lands, with a view to achieving the full and proper use of agricultural lands. The Regional Act consists of fourteen articles. Article 2 sets out the criteria intended to determine lands insufficiently cultivated falling within the regional territory.
This Regional Act lays down provisions with a view to guaranteeing the rational and full use of all lands, in compliance with the related legislative framework provided for in Act No. 440 of 4 August 1978. Within 12 months from the entry into force of this Act, the Region shall designate those areas falling within its own territory where abandoned lands exist.
