This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of six articles and six Annexes, establishes provisions on taking samples of agricultural soil for purposes of analysis. Moreover the Decree deals with assessment of agrochemical properties of agricultural lands, as well as taking samples of forest soil and assessment of agrochemical properties of forest lands.

Item 1.3 shall acquire a new wording: “State control over use and protection of land shall be carried out by the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey, its territorial bodies and by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The aforesaid bodies shall carry out their functions through mutual cooperation.” Item 3.1 shall be supplemented with the following paragraphs: “4.

This Provisional Regulation establishes the modalities of calculation of calculation of economic damage caused by soil pollution, land degradation and land disturbance and also the modalities of collection and use of compensation fees.

The Order establishes that in case of identification of the infringement of land legislation the officials of the authorized land institution shall draw up administrative offence report specifying date and place, position, first and last name of the official drawing up report, personal data of the infringer, place, time and type of offence, legislative act envisaging liability for the aforesaid

This Order contains the description of land cadastre and the modalities of its use. Land cadastre shall have the form of a register and shall contain data on plots of land and rights thereto.

Cadastre valuation of land shall be integral part of land cadastre and it shall be carried out for the purpose of obtaining data on soil quality and location of land that characterize the conditions of agriculture and normative value of land. Cadastre land valuation data shall be used for the calculation of land tax.

These Regulations prescribe the forms required to be prescribed under sections 3(1), 4(2)(b), 5(1),5 (3) and 5(9), 6(1), 7(1), 8(2), 22(2) and 23(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1994. The forms are set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

This Notification, made under the State Land (Regularisation of Tenure) Act, prescribes the form of a delegation to support the application for a certificate of comfort as provided for by regulation 2 of the State Land (Regularisation of Tenure) (Certificate of Comfort) Regulations, 2000.

This Notification, made under the State Land (Regularisation of Tenure) Act, prescribes the form of a application for a certificate of comfort and a declaration to support the application for a certificate of comfort as provided for section 11 of the Act which provides for the granting of a certificate of comfort against ejectment. Such certificate does not constitute a title in land.

These Regulations provides for the application for and granting of a certificate of comfort against ejectment pursuant to section 11 of the State Land (Regularisation of Tenure) Act, 1998. In accordance with these Regulations, a squatter shall apply for a certificate in a prescribed form and attach to the application document of proof of occupation of the dwelling.

These Regulations, in implementing provisions of the Land Surveyors Act, make further provision for registration and qualification of land surveyors and establish rules for carrying out land surveys. Regulations 3 to 5 specify qualifications, whereas regulation 6 concerns registration. A Code of Ethics is laid down in the Third Schedule.

El presente Reglamento de la Ley de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial del Área Metropolitana de San Salvador y de los Municipios Aledaños, tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones que regularán el funcionamiento de las Instituciones cradas por la Ley de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial del Area Metropolitana de San Salvador y establecer los procedimientos para la formulación de lo
