El Reglamento consta de 288 artículos y reglamenta las normas relacionadas con el recurso agua en todos sus estados. Declara, a tenor del artículo 1º del Decreto Nº 2811/74, de 18 de diciembre de 1974, que la preservación y manejo de las aguas son de utilidad pública.

Decree concerning the compensation for the cost of privitized lots by individual and collective farms following the decision of the Local Commission to allocate a lot. (2 articles)

Staff of enterprises located in a settlement are granted the right of landownership in such settlement if they have been employed for at least at the enterprise and who wish to reside permanently in the settlement.

The Decree concerns compensation for the privitization or cutting down of vineyards and orchards. (3 articles)

Ce décret porte création et organisation de la direction des eaux et forêts et de la conservation des sols chargée de la constitution, de la conservation, de la protection et de la gestion du domaine forestier de l'Etat et des collectivités publiques, du contrôle des forêts des particuliers, de la promotion du reboisement national et de la lutte contre l'érosion des sols.

It is decided that land plots alloted to citizens of the Republic of Armenia shall be considered as their property from March 15, 1991 (art. 1). The Decree further regulates plots of land alotted for 'dacha' purposes, i.e. personal plots used for horticulture.

Land areas of collective farms and of inter-collective farm organizations which are under the jurisdiction of the agricultural organization of Yerevan are leased for farming (art. 1). It further provides for, inter alia, the lease of livestock and rent.

"The maximum number of individual lots to be granted as property should be fixed on the extent of cultivable land of a given collective farm that is subject to distribution (irrigated arable land, arable land without irrigation, vineyards, orchards)." (one article)

The Regulation determines the order of alienation and allotment of all kinds of land plots, independently from the fact who uses or owns them (art. 1).
