This Act consists of 44 sections and 3 Schedules. The sections are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (without number); National Resources Conservation Authority-Establishment and Functions (I); Financial Provisions, Accounts and Reports (II); Staff (III); General (IV).The National Resources Conservation Authority is established under section 3.

The Land and Agricultural Bank is a body corporate and shall be controlled by a Board of Directors appointed by the Minister (sects. 3 and 4).

This Law provides with respect to inheritance and transfer of small estates (as defined). and provides that the Administration of Estate Law, Probate rules, or any other law or rules of court under which grant of Letters of Administration is required for payment of money from the estate of deceased persons shall cease to apply to small estates except as provided in this Law.

El presente Decreto crea la Comisión de Atención Integral a los Desalojos (CAID), cuya función es constituir la instancia política de coordinación interinstitucional y toma de decisiones que oriente la atención integral de los procesos de desalojo administrativo y los ordenados por despachos judiciales de personas que han ocupado inmuebles de manera precaria.

The Degree, aiming at a better protection of waters and water basins from nitrate pollution, completes paragraphs a and b, article 2 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 19652/1906/1999, as amended by Ministerial Joint Decree No. 20419/2522 of 2001, by adding to the Catalogue of vulnerable zones, the Asopos river basin, in the region of Boeotia.

This Law stipulates that notwithstanding any native law or custom to the contrary a female person has the right to acquire and own property and shall share in the intestate estate of her deceased father, mother or husband in accordance with the provisions of this Law. Females may be the administrator or one of the administrators of her fathers, mothers or husbands estate.

This Act makes provision the establishment and functioning of regional councils. In addition to the powers conferred upon a regional council by Article 108 of the Namibian Constitution it shall, among other things, undertake planning functions and establish, manage and control settlement areas. Communal assets of a settlement area shall vest in the regional council who declared the area.
