This Order provides for the delegation of the powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government conferred on him or her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. Acts include the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1980.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to extend the list of exempted development including renewable technologies for industrial buildings, business premises and agricultural holdings, and to define "biomass".

The present Ordinance implements the Agricultural Law of Basel-Landschaft of 17 May 1984. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the implementation of measures to improve the soil in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.

This Decree sets forth that the Council of Ministers agrees that land consolidation in some areas in Acıpayam district in Denizli will enter into force based on Article 17 of Law No. 5403 on Soil Preservation and Land Utilization upon the request of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999 by correcting a mistake introduced in the principal Regulations by the Town and Country Planning (Trees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2008 and concerning fast track procedures for appeals.
