Article 7.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease contract for agricultural land, destined for haymaking and grazing, pertaining to public or municipal property shall be concluded for the maximum period of three years”.

The principal aim of this Act is to revoke certain endowments of foreshore and seabed so as to revest them in the Crown. In particular, it applies to land formerly, and at the date of commencement of this Act, alienated from the Crown and vested in Harbour Boards or local authorities as well as land that has been reclaimed from the sea unlawfully (sect. 4).

This Regional Law establishes categories of workers that shall be granted the right of land allotment for the length of service.

The questionnaire attached to Decision 1999/391/EC is replaced by the questionnaire attached to this Decision. The Member States shall use this questionnaire as a basis for drawing up the report to be submitted to the Commission pursuant to article 5 of Directive 91/692/EEC and article 16(3) of Directive 96/61/EC covering the period 2003 to 2005.

This Decree-law concerns the land valuation system based on the complex effect of climatic features and soil quality as featured in the national uniform soil map. Land valuation procedures are to be applied to agricultural land and forests in the outskirts and in closed gardens and to large-scale cultivation in urban land.

This Regional Law regulates some issues in the sphere of organization, protection and management of protected areas. Regional protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) state nature reserves: (c) nature monuments; and (d) dendrological parks and botanical gardens.

These Regulations, consisting of 3 sections, implement provisions of the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992.

Transformation is carried out by land administration offices in light of changes in data regarding real estate. Transformation is based on data contained in maps and other documents resulting from related procedures. This data should be supervised during the transformation procedure. Transformed land registers should be exhibited and appeals may be lodged against incorrect data.

These provisions set out a regulatory framework for the assessment and management of flood risks, aiming at the reduction of the adverse consequences for human health, the environment, cultural heritage and economic activity associated with floods.

According to the provisions of this Ordinance, where any land belonging to a temple is acquired for public purposes under the Land Acquisition Act, all sums of money awarded as compensation for or in respect of the acquisition of that land shall be paid to the Public Trustee.

Any agricultural land owned by any person in excess of the ceiling established by the Land Reform Commission shall (a) be deemed to vest in the Commission; and (b) be deemed to be held by the former owner under a statutory lease from the Commission in compliance with the terms and conditions set out by the Law.
