This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure.

La présente Loi d’Orientation sur l’Urbanisme et l’Aménagement Foncier fixe les règles et les procédures de base en matière de planification urbaine et d’urbanisme opérationnel ainsi que de contrôle de l’utilisation du sol urbain.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land survey in the province of New Brunswick. In particular, the Act sets out details of land surveying procedures. Section 2 establishes that the Service New Brunswick shall establish and maintain a system of plane rectangular coordinates for locating points on the earth’s surface.

Agricultural land is allocated to specified subjects whose main source of income is agriculture, aquaculture of the winning of salt. Article 2 defines "agricultural land". Land shall be allocated for 20 years if used for planting of "annual trees" or aquaculture and 50 years if used for planting of "perennial trees".

These Rules are determined pursuant to Article 50 of the Public Nuisance Dispute Mediation Act.According to the Public Nuisance Dispute Mediation Act, the “public nuisance” means human activities which destroy the living environment, and damage or endanger public health.

This Act provides within the framework of privatisation, with respect to an exchange of land of the Government and the Corporation. The Act also provides that all of the estates and interests of the Corporation in all lands in Samoa held by it shall vest in such person as shall be determined by the Head of State acting on the advice of Cabinet by Order.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the Planning Appeal Board. The Board is responsible for hearing property assessment appeals, appeals of land use and planning decisions from throughout New Brunswick and hearing appeals of local heritage review Boards decisions under the Municipal Heritage Preservation Act.

This Act concerns the management of Crown lands.

This Regulation implements the Crown Lands Act 1929 by providing the forms required under the Act and fixing the fees to be paid in compliance with the provisions of the Act.

This Act concerns the management and development of irrigation areas in South Australia. In particular, the Act regulates the acquisition, tenure and transfer of land within irrigation areas, recovery of money due and defines legal procedures related to the implementation of the Act.
