The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Ordinance of 17 June 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees to be charged for access to geo-data and rendered geo-services. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, access to data, transfer of data, utilization of geo-services, fees for similar products, value added tax, repeal, entry into force.

El presente Acuerdo reglamenta el pago y la restitución del subsidio para la compra de tierras, con la finalidad de realizar obras de adecuación de tierras que tengan como propósito mejorar las condiciones de riego, drenaje o control de inundaciones, o para ampliar, rehabilitar o transformar obras ya existentes.

El presente Acuerdo reglamenta el pago y la restitución del subsidio para la compra de tierras, con la finalidad de subsidiar la compra de tierras que tiene como propósito eliminar, corregir y prevenir la inequitativa concentración de la propiedad rural y mejorar las condiciones productivas de los procesos de producción agropecuaria y forestal.

This Order establishes regulations with regard to the utilization of residues and soil for building and construction, as well as the use of sorted and uncontaminated construction waste.
Water and Sewerage Authority Act, 1984 (Cap. 208).
This Act makes provision for a national water policy and for the establishment of the Water and Sewerage Authority and concerns several aspects of water resources management and policy. The Government shall promote a national policy for water and sewerage in Grenada. The Authority is established as a body corporate and shall be a successor to the Central Water Commission. Assets and liabilities of Central Water Commission shall be transferred to the Authority.
