The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of public land with undelimited ownership shall be allotted to natural and legal persons, on the grounds envisaged by Land Code of the Russian Federation, in ownership or on lease”.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall be responsible for allotment of plots of subsoil containing groundwater deposits used for potable water supply and industrial water use or agricultural water use with daily water abstraction not exceeding 500 cubic meters”.

Regional Law No. 27-OZ amending Regional Law No. 63-OZ on maximum size of the plots of land conceded to citizens in ownership.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law establishes maximum and minimum land areas of land plots destined for consolidation and allotment in ownership to citizens for gardening, horticulture, urban and peri-urban agriculture and stockbreeding out of stock of public and municipal land that has no land-use planning documentation for construction purposes by the date of 1 March 2015”.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 26 March 1996. Article 1 establishes that the Building and Environment Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Planning (I); Terms and test methods (II); Building permit and control proceedings (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).

Regional Law No. 118-V-Z “On some issues of state cadastre valuation”.

This Regional Law establishes that state cadastre valuation of immovable property shall be performed by decision of local government in case of submittal of application to the Regional Government for performance of autonomous performance of the aforesaid cadastre evaluation and authorization issued by the Regional Government.
