These Regulations amend the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Scotland) Regulations 2007 by making two additional modifications in relation to radioactive contaminated land. They provide for the Scottish Environment Protection Agency to determine whether such land is “contaminated land” and modify the definition of “substance”.

Order No. 306 of the Ministry of Natural Resources validating the Regulation on requirements set for description of boundaries of hunting grounds.

This Order establishes that the description of the boundaries of hunting grounds shall begin from North-western point proceeding sequentially for Northern, Eastern, Southern and finally Western boundaries. Segments shall be selected proceeding from configuration of the territory. Description of boundaries of hunting areas without navigation equipment shall be possible proceeding by distinct orienting points, shorelines and mountainous areas.

This Law sets forth legal grounds for regulation of turnover of explosives on the national territory with a view of utilization of explosive energy for peaceful purposes. It shall not be applicable to military explosives. This Law covers manufacturing, testing, transport, storage, labelling, packaging, registration uses, trade and disposal of explosives for industrial use. All the aforesaid activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing and shall be performed exclusively by legal persons.

Le présent décret détermine les bonnes conditions agricoles et environnementales des terres ; les particularités topographiques; et la suppression des règles spécifiques aux départements d’outre-mer (Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte et Saint-Martin).En effet, le versement de certaines aides européennes agricoles est subordonné au respect de normes relatives aux «bonnes conditions agricoles et environnementales » (BCAE) des terres qui sont établies au niveau national.
