The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's global Land Facility was launched at the World Bank Land Conference in May 2024 in Washington DC, by UK Deputy Foreign Secretary, Andrew Mitchell.

The Land Facility will provide support to partner governments to strengthen land and forest tenure reforms, with a focus on more effective land administration and governance systems, protecting land and forest tenure rights.

A team from the European operations of Tetra Tech International Development and Land Equity International Pty Ltd are leading a consortium to deliver the programme through 2030.
