This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment and composition of the Valuation Commission of Appropriated Lands for Public Utilities. Article 2 entrusts the Commission to value and estimate lands taken in possession for public utilities. Articles 3 to 7 deal with management and internal organization of the Commission.
This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 entrusts the Property Sorting Commission to sort, divide and evaluate common and joint properties. Article 2 deals with establishment and composition of the aforementioned Commission. Article 3 decrees the establishment of the Appeal Office against decisions of the Commission. Articles 4 and 5 contain general provisions.
These Regulations amend the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in relation with revised procedures for enhancement of public participation in the environmental impact assessment of projects having transboundary environmental impacts.
These Regulations set out procedures for the making of applications for waste facility permits for the purposes of section 39(4) of the Waste Management Act, 1996 and a waste authorization to be granted by the Environmental Protection Agency.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 by modifying Class 2, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to provide for exemptions in respect of micro-renewable technologies.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 so as to implement provisions of the Planning and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act, which amends the Planning and Development Act 2000.
These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in provisions relation to, among other things, environmental impact assessment for peat extraction so as to facilitate consideration of the need for the assessment of projects which are likely to have significant effects on the environment according to the criteria set out in Schedule 7 of the Regulations.
These Rules concern powers of the Land Court established under the Niue Act 1966 and proceedings of that Court to be commenced by application to the Court and affecting or relating to Niuean land. An application may be made for the partition of land.

These Regulations, made under the Niue Act 1966, provide for the establishment of a Land Register to be kept by the Registrar in the High Court Office. The Regulations also provide rules for the registration of interests in land and provides for other matters relative to such registration. The Regulations also concern caveats.
