Assessment of forest management in forests pertaining to kolkhozes and agricultural enterprises shall be carried out with a view of transfer thereof to the state forestry enterprises for the purpose of economic and ecological revaluation of forests. Forest officers through on site inspection shall carry out assessment of forest management.

This Decree, composed of four articles and one Annex, approves the standard rental contract model applicable to coastal land under maritime jurisdiction.

This Order, composed of eight articles, regulates land occupation in Tuna dos Gambos Region, according to the provisions set by Law No. 21-C/92. In particular, it regulates land concession, and the legalization of occupied lands. Article 4 establishes that the planning of the plots should respect the transhumance corridors used by traditional farmers.

This Order, composed of four articles, implements article 22 of Law No. 21-C/92 (Land Act). In particular, it authorizes the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry for Agriculture to enforce land expropriation in Cunene Province and to proceed with land parcelling and concession.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry is composed of four paragraphs. A forest or land designated for afforestation can be purchased in the following cases: the forest or land is directly adjacent to lands managed by the National Forests; there is no common ownership; the field forest border has been regulated.

This Resolution, composed of one article and one Annex, approves the National Land Policy. In particular, it identifies the national priorities, and provides a classification of land use for agricultural, industrial and mining purposes. Moreover, it defines an implementation strategy and requires for significant changes in the current basic legislation on land.

These Regulations place size limits on rural land in ownership. Rural land is basically land other than urban land, communal land or land owned by the State, a statutory body or a local authority. For the purposes of these Regulations, Zimbabwe shall be divided into classes of Natural Regions, depending upon the average rainfall during a year and the rainy season.

These Regulations specify conditions and procedures for the sale of rural land by an owner of any such land, other than the State, a local authority or a statutory body. An owner shall not sell the land unless he or she has offered to sell it to the Minister and the Minister has issued the owner with a certificate of no interest or hasn’t responded within a given period of time to the offer.
