These Regulation pertain to the ownership of agricultural and recreational land in Alberta.

The Ordinance provides for all forest and unoccupied or not cultivated lands, even lands where cinnamon is sown, to be property of the State and their arbitrary occupation unlawful. Perpetrators shall be summoned and only in the case they can demonstrate to have rights of ownership on those lands, they shall be granted their possession.

The Act provides for land allotment to evacuees, land to be used for agricultural production, pasture, house-building: it entitles the evacuee to the right of using the allotted land and, in those cases when allotments were not conceded prior to the issuing of the present Act, it provides for granting them in those cases when claims are compliant with the law.

This Order provides for the establishment of a corporation to be known as the Fiji Land Corporation for the purpose of purchasing freehold and leasehold agricultural estates and the developing, subdividing, selling or leasing of parts or the whole thereof, being a project planned by the Land Development Authority in the discharge of its functions under the Land Development Act.

This Regulation, of Eight Sections and One Annex, gives definitions and establishes conditions for the regulation of legal procedures between land contractors and land holders. Section (1) gives definitions. Sections (2) and (3) regard hearing invitation procedures. Section (4) regards contractors reply modalities and procedures.

This Regulation, of 36 sections and one Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the preservation of lands due to land erosion in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 regards the declaration of Special Zones listed in the Annex to this regulation. Section 3 establishes conditions for grazing in special zones.

This Regulation, composed of 11 sections, makes provisions for the regulation of legal and administrative procedures regarding agricultural settlements in Israel. Section (1) establishes that any prosecution in front of a committee, as listed in section 4(a) to the Law, shall be presented via the Central Prosecutions Service that shall be appointed by the Minister of Agriculture.

The Government decrees to set up the Committee on Geodesy and Cartography attached to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and to transfer to it edifices and constructions, material and technical means and other property, as well as enterprises, organizations and institutions of the abolished Directorate of Cartography attached to the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.

The land tenant shall be allowed to freely use of plants and trees that are planted by others, as far as such use is not excluded in the allocation order and subject to payment imposed by laws for the logging for other purposes than own use.

This Regulation, of 13 Sections, establishes procedures regarding the preparation and the approval of an Assessment Table for the Drainage Authority in Israel. Section (1) establishes that the Drainage Authority shall prepare an Assessment Table that shall report the sub-zones under its authority.
