Senior Gender Advisor

IDLO | International Development Law Organization

• Provide technical leadership and coordination on all gender aspects of IDLO’s work, including in legal and institutional reform, access to justice and strengthening legal innovations.
• Identify opportunities for IDLO to expand its gender and justice programming portfolio.
• Develop, guide and support the integration of gender in IDLO’s work, including through the development and implementation of its gender strategy at all levels of the organization.
• Provide expert/advisory support to IDLO's programs and project at global, regional and country levels, including leading missions to develop IDLO programming.
• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships, including with governments, civil society, experts working on gender, law, justice and development.
• Champion gender activities within IDLO.
