The purpose of the present Law is to achieve the objectives and principles of federal and cantonal legislation in the field of land use planning and construction.
La présente loi porte réglementation du territoire et des constructions. L’article 1er établit que la présente loi a pour but de contribuer au développement durable de l’ensemble du canton, en veillant à garantir l’équilibre entre les besoins économiques, sociaux et environnementaux.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation.
