This Act makes provision for the registration of land and related matters. It also defines certain rights relating to land and the effect of registration.
This Act concerns adjudication procedures and registration of rights and interests in land in areas as defined by Order of the Governor. The Adjudication Officer shall be in charge of the adjudication.
This Act makes provision for the regulation and control of land survey practices and for this purpose establishes the Land Surveyors' Board and appoints the Chief Surveyor.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Survey Act in relation with survey operations (presentation of survey to the Chief Surveyor, marks, units of measurement, measurement instruments, calculations, etc.), survey plans and disputes regarding surveys.
