The Physical Development Plan for North Montserrat is a regional policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Plan is 10 years between 2012 and 2022.

This Act makes provision for the registration of land and related matters. It also defines certain rights relating to land and the effect of registration.
This Act makes provision for the recording of deeds, i.e. every document in writing affecting or relating to lands, tenements, or hereditaments in Montserrat. However, the Act does not apply to any document evidencing a transaction that shall be registered under the Registered Land Act.
