This Act amends the Survey Act in provisions relating to fees for registration and other acts relating to surveying. The word "prescribed" in relation to fees is cancelled in sections 19, 19A, 19B, and 19C.

This Order contains the application form and the list of documentation for the acknowledgement of status of self-regulatory organization in the sphere of land-survey by public authority.

The Purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and those necessary for the enforcement of such matters. Article 3 lists item subject to a resource survey to be conducted under article 3 of the aforementioned Act.

This Law prescribes for the land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people ownership of land and uniformly managing land, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam.

This Order of the Cabinet Secretary implements provisions of the Land Registration Act in respect to the establishment and operation of land registration units as constituted under section 6 (l) of the Act. The Cabinet Secretary establishes registration units as set out in the First Schedule.
