One of the most important problems of the Ukrainian economy is the formation of a civilized land market. We have to admit that the process of formation of private ownership of land in Ukraine entered into a protracted and uncertain nature. Another introduction in Ukraine of the moratorium on sale of agricultural land due to the lack of resolution of many land issues and not sformovat market infrastructure. Because for the majority of producers of agricultural products the sale of lease rights is an innovation.

In the paper all the main positive and negative factors in particular the rational use and protection of land are analyzed. The system of common environmental criteria optimization of land use in terms of radiation contamination is presented. The order and sequence of application of common environmental criteria of optimal land use in terms of radiation contamination are determined.

Il contributo pone in luce alcune caratteristiche dei sistemi informativi geografici necessari alla gestione integrata delle funzioni di pianificazione del territorio, di valutazione immobiliare e di manutenzione della base imponibile immobiliare, ed in particolare le caratteristiche di interoperabilità fra le diverse basi dati gestite dai settori della PA variamente competenti in materia di governo del territorio, che alla luce della Direttiva europea INSPIRE dovranno conseguire elevati standard di accessibilità e di condivisione dell’informazione.
