This protocol between the General Directorate for Agricultural Production and Development and the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policy sets out a framework for cooperation regarding issues such as: developing forest management and land reclamation techniques, developing sustainable policies to increase efficiency in and to ensure the protection of pasturelands, development of forage crops production, creation of a sustainable environment, protection and improvement of the flora and fauna. The Protocol also covers the administrative principles and procedures of the cooperation.
