Showing items 37 through 45 of 153.Decision No. 139 of 2012 supplements the Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 502 of 2011 on the uniform regulations regarding the control of the territory development. The supplements add several requirements in the application for construction permits and amend their applicable deadlines.
The Regulation No. 88 of 2012 amends Article. 47 of the Regulation 502 of 2011 by extending full legal effects to the decisions approved by the National Territory Planning Committee prior to the Law No. 10119 of 2009 on the territory planing.
The Regulation No. 502 of 2011 approves the uniform regulation for the control of the territory development according to the addenda 1, 2, and 3 attached to this decision.
The law lays down the general principles of inspection, the organization of the public institutions that carry out inspection functions, the rules of procedure, and the establishment of the Central Inspectorate.
The Law 10360 of 2010 amends Article 92 of Law 10119 of 2009 by extending several time periods prescribed for starting with the full implementation of the Law from ‘no later than 15 January 2011’ to ‘no later than 30 September 2011’.
The Law 10345 of 2010 amends Article 61 of Law 8093 of 1996 by increasing the financial penalties for violation of the Law and adds Article 71/1 on the rules of procedure to be followed by the National Urban Planning and Construction Inspectorate to document the law violations.
The Law 10319 of 2010 amends Law 8405 of 1998 on several topics including the permits needed for placing advertisements on the streets, the rights and duties of the urban planning inspectorate, the procedures of demolishing unlawful constructions, etc.
The Law lays down rules and procedures for the usage and exploitation of the non-cultivated agricultural lands in order to ensure the economic functioning of the property without infringing on the lawful property rights in the framework of the sustainable rural and agricultural development.
The National Territory Council as a decision making body is headed by the Prime Minister and composed of nine ministers from including the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection.
