Ministerial Decree No.105 of 1996 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of determination of the boundaries of land tenure in urban construction.

The Government, for the purpose of securing and transfer of the plots of urban land and the plots of land of other settlements on conditions of ownership, possession, lease of natural and legal persons, as well as for the purpose of their registration, taxation and transaction, decrees to validate the Regulation and to recommend the bodies of the local self-government to set up in case of necessity special commissions for the determination of the boundaries of land tenure. The Regulation is aimed at the solution of the following problems: 1). determination of the boundaries of the existing immovable property; 2). formation of the new lots of immovable property in the existing construction sites. Determination of the boundaries of land tenants (land survey) is carried out either of built-up territories or for territories subject to building in accordance with overall plan and projects of land use planning and building of towns and other settlements and other documents of territorial development. In the process of fixing boundaries of the existing built-up towns and other settlements from the boundaries of the plots of land are excluded territories on which are situated transport and engineering communications and the territories of common use.
