The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Sub-Decree No. 140 (RGC) on Transfer of the Land of State Permanent Forest Preserve and Grant of Land to Farmers for Development of Family Rubber Plantation in Kampong Cham Province.
This Sub-Decree transfers the land area of the permanent forest preserve of 349 hectares in Kampong Cham province, which is State public property, to State private property.

This Regulation replaces the Community Land Development Regulation 2000 which is repealed on 1 September 2007 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
