Article 121 shall be supplemented with sub-item 5-1) of the following wording: “5-1) public land reserved for protection of gas distribution infrastructure.”

Article 6 establishes that national taxes shall include the land tax. Article 11 establishes that the authorized government body, acting in consultation with the Republic of Tajikistan Ministry of Finance, and when necessary with other government bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan, shall draft, approve, and officially publish instructions on the procedure for the calculation and payment of the land tax.
This Order establishes safety requirements related to storage and storage facilities, and transportation of pesticides and agrochemicals for agricultural uses. Pesticides shall be classified in four classes in accordance with hazardousness risk: (a) extremely hazardous; (b) highly hazardous; (c) limitedly hazardous; and (d) low hazardous. This Parliamentary Decree establishes terms and conditions for concession on lease of agricultural land pertaining to the stock of agricultural land subject to re-distribution. Concession of the plots of agricultural land shall be carried out through tenders, the winner of which shall conclude lease contract within ten days from the date of conclusion of tender. Lease holder shall be prohibited to manage land plots prior to mapping on the boundaries in-situ and issuance of certificate for temporary land tenure.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out tenders for allocation of plots of public land in recreational and health resort area in Issyk-Kul province for construction of health resort facilities, objects of tourism and service. State administration shall be granted the right to concede the aforesaid plots of public land for aforesaid purposes with the consideration of restrictions imposed by the national legislation. The plots of land must be free of abridgement of rights related to third party.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities and contents of land-use planning and shall have as is priority issue land-use planning at the national level. The purpose of land-use planning shall be to ensure enforcement of land legislation and observance thereof by all natural and legal persons irrespectively of the form of ownership and land tenure.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that industrial land shall be considered allocated to enterprises, organizations and institutions for realization of specific industrial purposes. Land survey service shall be the authorized state institution that shall allocate plots of land to the applicants in-situ. In order to ensure efficient functioning of industrial sites and works sanitary protection and protection areas with particular land tenure terms and conditions can be apportioned.
This Ministerial Decree establishes liability of enterprises, organizations and other economic entities action/inaction of which have caused soil deterioration and that shall be liable to pay compensation for inflicted damages to soil in accordance with the rates set by Annexes 1 and 2.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of determination of value (standard price) of agricultural land used for setting start-up price for sale of land in private ownership, conclusion of mortgage contract and formalization of land based credit, compensation for expropriation of land and setting lease price. Standard price of agricultural land shall not include value of constructions and other objects of immovable property located thereon. The whole agricultural land area shall be subject to determination of standard price.
