Item 1 of the Article 35 shall be amended in the following manner: 1) the wording use restrictions shall be excluded; 2) paragraph 2 shall be excluded.

This Law establishes legal grounds in the sphere of protection and management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage, attribution of legal status to the objects of historical and cultural heritage and delimitation of jurisdictional competence of state bodies, and liability and compensation for damages caused to the objects of historical and cultural heritage. Objects of historical and cultural heritage shall be subject to protection, compulsory registration and certification by the state.
The President decrees to establish that beginning from 2001 and for all the subsequent years in case of the modification of the rate setting as regards production costs (determined by the Government) by one percent the rate of land tax shall be increased by 0,7 percent.
Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “after the wording purchase and sale shall be inserted the wording donation”.

The present Law establishes legal basis of leasehold by foreign states and the amount of rent for foreign land tenure. Object of lease is public land that can be granted on lease to foreign states exclusively on lease (art. 1). Leasehold by foreign states is fixed-date charged land tenure. Area of lease, conditions of lease and the period of lease shall be determined by agreement between the parties (art. 2).

This Law establishes legal, organizational and economic grounds of licensing system, the list of activities subject to licensing, the types of authorizations and permits, ensuring protection of legal rights of citizens and environment. The Act consists of 6 Sections divided into 32 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) principles of regulation of licensing system; (3) assessment procedures of regulatory documentation; (4) the modalities of issuance of authorization or permit; (5) authorities and the list of authorizations and permits; and (6) conclusive provisions.
The present Law determines the legal basis for carrying out geodetic and cartographic activity and is aimed at meeting the demand of legal and physical persons in geodetic and cartographic products. The purpose of the present Law is to establish the legal basis for keeping state land cadastre, use of cadastre data for economic development, ensuring the right to the plots of land, rational use, rehabilitation and protection of land. State land cadastre is a basic component of the Common system of state cadastres and represents the system of data and documentation regarding natural, economic, legal characteristics of land, categories, qualitative aspect and value, location and size of the plots of land, distribution among the owners, leaseholders and landlords thereof.
