Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for listing, keeping and updating of particularly precious agricultural land plots which shall not be used for purposes other than agriculture”.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure, to ensure availability and conservation of landmarks.
This Law regulates the conditions and methods for determining of the correct, safe, sustainable and controlled use and planning (spatial also) of the construction land (private and state-owned construction land), including the financial issues (as regards the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous province part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 51 articles (for mechanisms and instruments for financing the construction of construction land see Chapter V).

This Regional Law lists municipal districts where plots of public or municipal land plots free of charge to citizens for individual residential housing construction or for family farming. It establishes categories of specialists working in rural areas that shall be eligible to such land transfer for the maximum period of six years.
The Act regulates spatial planning in Estonia. Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State registration of the objects of cultural heritage shall include the following procedures: (a) identification; (b) elaboration of recommendation for insertion of objects in the Register of objects of cultural heritage; (c) drafting of the list of objects destined for insertion in the Register; and (d) data collection requested for insertion of the objects in the Register of objects of cultural heritage”.
