This Act provides generally with respect to compulsory purchase procedure in the United Kingdom. In particular the Act deals with the rights of appeal, and the consequent procedures. The Act applies in all compulsory purchase cases.
This Act provides with respect to the acquisition of land on the basis of a resolution of Tynwald for public purposes and compensation in relation with such acquisition. It, among other things, sets out the procedure for authorising compulsory purchase; requires disputes to be solved by an established procedure which includes arbitration; provides for acquisition by agreement; purchase or redeem of the interest of the mortgagee of any of the land; presumption of planning approval (also in respect of land used for agricultural purposes).
The Act amends certain regulations regarding animal husbandry and their space requirements, the removal of land border for the acquisition and lease thereof, change of residency requirement regulations.
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on the protection of agricultural land. The present Act defines new principles of protection of agricultural land.
The Act partly amends Act No. 591 and Act No. 932 with regard to the scope of application and consultancy on water plan proposals.In Act No. 591, the insertion of a ban to land fertilization in a 10 meters' buffer zone from the width of surface waterbodies of more than 100 square meters in size (with exception of areas used for forestry, gardens, and dykes). Marginal zone areas in buffer zones will account for more than 5% of the total area at the time of this Act's entry into force.
The Act amends 10 points of the Act on rental of agricultural lands, agricultural enterprises and forest lands. In particular, the Act amends provisions concerning rental of land for agricultural purposes through undertakings (art. 10, 12 of the amended Act).

This Act is composed of two parts. The first part establishes: conditions of the application of sewage sludge and bottom sediments into the agricultural land and into the forest land (art. 7); obligations of producers of sewage sludge and producers of bottom sediments (art. 8); obligations of land user (art. 9); competence of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Slovak republic (art. 10); competence of inspection organ (art. 12); sanctions (art. 13). The second part establishes provisions concerning registration of sewage sludge and bottom sediments.
This Act amends 25 points of the Fertilizers Act. In particular, the Act establishes conditions of the use of secondary sources of nutrients (art. 3a), and competences of state administration in the area of fertilizers, cultivated substrates and soil conditioners. The appropriate tasks of the Ministry and the Control Institute are specified in art. 13a.

This Act partly amends the Environment Protection Act and Planning Act, in particular Act No. 879, where the Ministry of Environment's review on the modifications, expansions and installations of facilities carrying out waste services (art. 7). As well as (art. 89b) the Ministry's establishing rules with regard to procedures in cases regulated by other legislations. In Act No. 587, the amendments concern the insertion of art.
