This Regulation establishes that protection area of state nature biosphere reserve “Sokhondinsky” shall be established on adjacent areas with a view of protection of the protected area against negative anthropogenic impact. Land plots within the boundaries of protection area shall not be expropriated from landowners, land tenants, leaseholders and servitude holders and shall be management thereby in accordance with the established regime.
These Regulations make minor corrections to the Community Right to Buy (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Regulation 2(2) substitutes the reference to the year “2015” in regulation 1(3)(d)(ii) of the 2015 Regulations with a reference to the year “2016”. Regulation 2(3) adds the words “to the ballotter” into regulation 20(2) of the 2015 Regulations. Regulation 2(4)(b) amends Schedule 11 to the 2015 Regulations to add an additional entry concerning the result into the form of return that must be notified by the ballotter as required by section 52(3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.
Article 22 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The decisions of the municipal council or local level special territorial planning documents (except for special territorial planning land use planning documents) specify the solutions of the municipal master plan and, by the decision of the municipal council, special territorial planning documents are recognized as an integral part of the municipal master plan.
Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government shall be responsible for allotment of urban land plots with undelimited state ownership located within the boundaries of urban municipal unit”.

This Federal Law establishes that in order to prevent the negative impact of water on certain territories and objects and to eliminate its consequences, measures shall be taken to prevent negative impact of water and liquidation of its consequences in accordance with this Water Code. The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Farmland Requirement Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 74). This Regional Law establishes additional cases of expropriation, including redemption, of land plots pertaining to public ownership, for public and municipal and public needs. It envisages the following cases: (a) construction of regional public edifices; (b) construction envisaged by the regional territorial land-use planning documentation; and (c) realization of regional and municipal specific programs.
