    The purpose of this Agreement is to create a transboundary biosphere reserve "West Polesie", consisting of three national biosphere reserves, and cooperation on protection and sustainable development of the region in conformity with UNESCO's "Man and the Biosphere" (MAB) program. The Parties shall promote cooperation in the field of protection and sustainable use of biological and landscape diversity of the transboundary biosphere reserve "Western Polesie”.

    The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.

    These Regulations amend the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 so as to, among other things: to prescribe circumstances in which a local planning authority must designate all of the area specified in a neighbourhood area application; insert a new Part 8A which provides for cases where a qualifying body requests the Secretary of State to intervene to decide whether to put a proposal for a neighbourhood development order or plan to referendum.

    This Order sets forth the provisions for organization of nature reserve (Annex 1), biosphere reserve (Annex 2), national park (Annex 3), landscape park (Annex 4) and protection of the territory of the aforesaid protected areas. It defines the tasks, content, procedure for the development, approval and implementation of the Project for the organization of the territory of the aforesaid protected areas and the protection of their natural complexes. The afore-mentioned requirements shall be mandatory in the process of development, approval and implementation of the land-use planning project.

    This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment in ownership free of charge of plots of land pertaining to public and municipal property to multi-child families, and also establishes minimum and maximum land areas of the aforesaid plots of land. Multi-child family shall be considered family with three or more children less than 18 years of age. The aforesaid plots of land in inhabited areas shall be allotted for housing construction and subsistence family farming. Allotment of the aforesaid plots of land shall be performed once-only.

    The present Act introduces some amendments to the Building Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Act amends article 51 establishing that provided that the safety and exposure are ensured and the adjacent stocking is not impaired by the structural measures, the building authority can grant a forest distance reduced to 7.00 m. Article 66, paragraph is repealed.

    The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Soil Improvement Ordinance of 29 September 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3 establishing that a site-fixed facility for the abstraction of irrigation water from surface waters or ground water is considered to be eligible for funding within the meaning of this Ordinance, provided that a concession pursuant to the Water Rights Act is available.
