The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the correct management of provincial lands. The Department of Agriculture and Food shall administer provincial lands in accordance with this Act.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that transfers of ownership of land, shall be published in accordance with Article 970a paragraph 2 of the Civil Code. The present Regulation enacts the Surveys Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down details relating to land survey procedures and the work of the land surveyor.
