The Order sets out requirement standards for good agricultural and environmental conditions in order for farmers to comply with regulations on granted subsidy for land development, in accordance to the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013.
Land administration includes matters of land ownership, land use, soil protection, real estate registration, land survey and mapping. Duties relating to such activities are competency of land administration offices which are coordinated centrally by the Minister. Detailed regulations regarding duties, competencies, authorities, organization and operation are subject of ministerial decrees.

This Regional Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of inclusion of land plots in the category of urban land or exclusion of the plots of land from this category.
