Determining 9,000 hectares as sustainable use zones in Virakchey National Park in Ta Veng and Andong Meas districts of Ratanakiri province, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to Noupheap Sophy Investment Co., Ltd.

Determining 2,496 hectares as sustainable use zone in Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary in Kampong Thom province, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to Sambath Platinum Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 4,402 hectares as state private land in Phnom Samkos Wildlife Sanctuary in Veal Veng district of Pursat province for rubber plantation investment under lease or concession condition.

Reclassifying 321 hectares in Dorng Peng Multiple Use Area in Koh Kong province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment under concession condition.

Amending Article 1 of Sub-Decree No. 48 ANK.BK dated 30 March 2009 by changing "for lease" to "for granting concession".

Reclassifying 9,224 hectares of land in Lumphat Wildlife Sanctuary in Lumphat district of Ratanakiri province for agro-industry investment under lease or concession condition.

Reclassifying 7,079 hectares of land in eco-tourism area in Virakchey National Park in Ta Veng and Andong Meas districts of Ratanakiri province for agro-industry, eco-tourism, special economic zone, and leisure center investment under lease or concession condition.

Reclassifying 7,700 hectares as state private land in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Anlung Veng district of Oudor Meanchey province for agro-industry investment under lease or concession condition.

Reclassifying 4,700 hectares as state private land in sustainable use zone of Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Tropaeng Chou commune of Oaral district in Kampong Spue province for agro-industry investment.

Amending Article 1 of Sub-Decree No. 20 ANK.BK dated 28 January 2011, to reclassification of 4,000 hectares of land in Sokhdom commune of Sen Monorom district and Pou Chrey commune of Pech Cheada district of Mondulkiri province for rubber and other crops plantation investment.

Reclassifying 3,000 hectares as state private land in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Anlung Veng district of Oudor Meanchey province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment under lease or concession condition.
