Le présent règlement met en execution l’article 18 de la loi d’application de la législation fédérale sur les sites contaminés du 31 janvier 2003. Notamment, le règlement régit les émoluments requis pour les prestations du service concernant la gestion du cadastre des sites pollués. Le texte comprend 14 articles répartis en 4 chapitres comme suit: Dispositions generals (Ier); Montant des emoluments; Exemption d’émoluments (III); Voies de recours (IV).

These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to the Waste Management (Landfill) Regulations. The amendments concern waste acceptance procedures (regulation 14), temporary storage of metallic mercury and related requirements.

El presente Reglamento sobre valores guía en suelos para descontaminación de sitios afectados por emergencias ambientales y derrames, tiene por objeto establecer el listado de sustancias químicas y los valores guía a partir de los cuales se podrían provocar alteraciones perjudiciales a la calidad del suelo, a fin de evitar daños a la salud pública y al ambiente, así como establecer los procedimientos administrativos para la gestión del riesgo en casos de contaminación de suelo y medios con los que éste tenga contacto.

This Act contains provisions on the planning of land, water and construction. The purpose of these provisions is to promote community development and sustainable living environment. The Act regulates urban and rural landscape planning in municipalities, safeguarding cultural sites, management of energy, water, climate, waste, transport and hygiene conditions. Land Reserve and public places: zoning municipalities may determine land reserves allocated for road (traffic and transport) and energy (network and cabling) activities.

These Regulations amend the European Union (Household Food Waste and Bio-waste) Regulations 2013, which promote the segregation and recovery of household food waste. They clarify what constitutes an offence under the Regulations, dealing with powers of authorised persons and deleting Regulation 7 (b) which concerns the use of macerators. They also insert the definition of "local authority".

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 7 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards which determine the requirements for the disposal of waste to landfill as contemplated in regulation 8(1) of the Waste Classification and Management Regulations 2013. The requirements concern, among other things: construction of landfill sites; waste acceptance criteria for landfill sites; and prohibited waste.

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 7 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards which determine the requirements for assessment of waste to landfill as contemplated in regulation 8(1)(a) of the Waste Classification and Management Regulations 2013. The requirements concern standard assessment methodology for the assessment of waste for landfill waste disposal sites.

These Regulations provide with respect to integrated licensing by the Environmental Protection Agency of integrated pollution control activities within the meaning of section 3 of and specified in the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992.

This Order approves the Emergency Instrument to regulate natural resources uses within the Marine Reserve of Parnaíba River Estuary. This Instrument (in the Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies prohibited and authorized activities to be performed within the above mentioned area in: land, pollution, fisheries and forestry sectors. it establishes land tenure and land concession requirements, pollution control and quality standards, fishing methods and gears, prohibited mangue tree exploitation, etc.

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 19 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards for the control of the extraction, flaring or recovery of landfill gas at facilities as described in paragraph 4. The standards and norms concern, among other things: planning, design and construction of the facility, operations, management of emergency situations and decommissioning of facilities. The standards also contain monitoring and reporting requirements.

The present Decree updates Annexes I and II to Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2003 by inserting new provisions concerning the storage of metallic mercury considered as waste. These amendments and addenda are laid down pursuant to Directive 2011/97/EU, which amends Annexes I, II and III to Directive 1999/31/EC on the landfill of waste.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 31 articles and three Annexes, lays down specific requirements for the location, construction and operation of individual types of waste landfills, and the scope, duration, frequency and conditions of monitoring of waste landfills.
