Part 1 of this Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on requirements for the landfill of waste. In particular, it establishes new requirements for the content of pollutants in wastes used on the terrain surface, requirements for the content of pollutants in sediments used on the terrain surface (replaced Annex 10) and conditions for the use of waste on the surface of the ground (replaced Annex 11). Part 2 of the present Decree lays down some amendments to Decree on waste disposal.

The EAD Strategic Plan is a nation-wide document aiming at preserving and protecting the environment, promoting the health and well-being of local communities, while stimulating and mapping sustainable economic growth for the next five years. It defines a long-term Vision - A Sustainable Environment for a Sustainable Future - and Mission - To protect and conserve the environment for people’s well-being and a better life for all-, 5-year priorities, objectives, as well as the strategic initiatives.

These provisions lay down some amendments to the Industrial Emissions (Framework) Regulations as regards the measures to be adopted by the competent authority to limit the environmental consequences in case of incident or accident affecting the environment.

The Act, consisting of 42 sections divided into and completed by one Schedule, provides for the protection, conservation, rehabilitation and improvement of the environment, including the prevention and control of pollution, and promotion of sustainable development. It extends to the whole Province of Balochistan except Tribal Areas. The Act establishes the following obligations: Prohibition of import of hazardous and electronic Wastes; Solid and Waste Management License; Water Resources Management; Motor vehicles; Alien Species and Living Modified Organisms.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Wales) Regulations 2015 in provisions on: the procedure in relation to applications referred to the Welsh Ministers pursuant to a direction under section 20 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 (“the PHSA”), including provision for an applicant to submit a full statement of case within a specified timescale if the applicant so chooses; the procedure in relation to appeals under section 21 of the PHSA and against hazardous substances contravention notices.

Turkey’s National Action Program on Combating Desertification is a national policy with a cross-sectoral approach.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto tipificar como delitos contra el medio ambiente y los recursos naturales, las acciones u omisiones que violen o alteren las disposiciones relativas a la conservación, protección, manejo, defensa y mejoramiento del ambiente y los recursos naturales, así como, el establecimiento de la responsabilidad civil por daños y perjuicios ocasionados por las personas naturales o jurídicas que resulten con responsabilidad comprobada.

The purpose of these Regulations is to protect and improve agricultural environment, prevent and control agricultural environmental pollution and ecological destruction, rationally develop and utilize agricultural natural resources. The Regulations consist of 37 Articles divided into 5 chapters: General provisions; Supervision and administration; Measures for protection, prevention and control; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.

With a view to protect and improve the agricultural environment, to prevent pollution and protect ecosystem, the Regulations are formulated. The agricultural environment is defined as including land, water for agricultural purposes, air and other factors which have an impact on the survival and development of agricultural resources.The purpose of these Regulations is to protect and improve agricultural environment, prevent and control agricultural environmental pollution and ecological destruction, rationally develop and utilize agricultural natural resources.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the treatment of sewage sludge, biogenic waste, biowaste, and green waste on agricultural land. The text consists of 13 articles dealing with definition of terms, treatment of biogenic waste and sewage sludge, requirements of biogenic waste to be used on agricultural land, bringing into circulation, and entry into force. Seven Annexes are enclosed.

La presente Resolución actualiza los métodos de ensayo para el análisis de los parámetros de los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) para Suelo, con la finalidad de alcanzar una mayor precisión y exactitud de los resultados.

El presente ordenamiento tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente en su Capítulo IV, Sección VII, en materia de Autorregulación y Auditorías Ambientales. Las Auditorías Ambientales y la Autorregulación, de carácter voluntario, tendrán como propósito la observancia de los principios de política ambiental.
