By way of implementation of various acts in force at the national level, this Regional Act lays down provisions concerning different issues of environmental protection and amends certain acts in force in the Abruzzo Region. In particular, the Act refers to the promotion of renewable resources of energy, waste management, issue of the integrated environmental authorization and soil rehabilitation.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Can Tho City.Socio-economic development shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of water distribution systems; the building of wastewater treatment stations; the protection and improvement of the environment; the management and use of land.

This Decision approves the adjusted master plan on the construction of Bo Y international border-gate economic zone.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; the development of water supply infrastructures; the building of wastewater treatment stations; the management and use of land.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.The plan aims at developing Ba Ria-Vung Tau into an industrial province strong in marine economy with a system of national and international commercial ports, and into an industrial, touristic and fisheries centre of the region. The socio-economic development shall be achieved on the basis of protecting, regenerating and enriching marine, forest, land and water resources, protecting the environment, particularly ecological and marine.

These provisions amend the Waste Management (Landfill) Regulations by supplementing regulation 6, which specifies the wastes that may not be accepted in a landfill. In particular, hospital and other clinical waste arising from medical or veterinary establishments shall not be accepted.

This Act grants the power to the Division of Environmental Quality, the authority to develop Advance Disposal Fees (ADFs) for specific materials deemed viable for diversion. The Division is authorized to evaluate those specific materials and develop a fee structure through regulation which will provide the proper economic support for diversion programmes. The evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with criteria set out in this Act.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the distribution of competencies among the various bodies dealing with waste and soil protections issues. The Annex lays down in details authorities competent for specific administrative services renders, such as, for example, finding adequate places to stock waste, authorizing the building and functioning of such a deposit, transfer of waste management and waste disposal to third parties. This Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishes requirements for storing wastes on in landfills and conditions on the use of waste in landfills. The Decree is composed of the following Sections: (1) Definitions; (2) Removal of wastes stored in landfills; (3) Conditions for storing wastes in landfills; (4) Financial resources; (5) Technical requirements for using wastes in landfills; (6) Acceptance of wastes for devices.

This Decree amends Annex 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health on conditions of use of modified feces on landfills. The amendments concern taking samples of feces and soil.

This Decree, which is composed o six articles, was prepared by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province.The plan aims at developing Thai Nguyen province into an economic, cultural, educational and medical centre of the northern midland and mountain regions.

This Order amends in Northern Ireland the law relating to planning and in particular the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
