This Act contains provisions on the planning of land, water and construction. The purpose of these provisions is to promote community development and sustainable living environment. The Act regulates urban and rural landscape planning in municipalities, safeguarding cultural sites, management of energy, water, climate, waste, transport and hygiene conditions. Land Reserve and public places: zoning municipalities may determine land reserves allocated for road (traffic and transport) and energy (network and cabling) activities.

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the Economy, Traffic and Innovation Offices shall be responsible for the efficient implementation of all matters dealing with agricultural promotion measures and coastal protection under Union, federal and Länder legislation. The text consists of 4 articles.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que implementa mecanismos para la delimitación territorial, respecto del arbitraje territorial como mecanismo para la delimitación territorial.

La presente Ley tiene por finalidad implementar como mecanismos para la delimitación territorial, el arbitraje territorial y los acuerdos de límites entre los gobiernos regionales y entre los gobiernos locales, a fin de coadyuvar al saneamiento de límites.

This Order approves the Emergency Instrument to regulate natural resources uses within the Marine Reserve of Parnaíba River Estuary. This Instrument (in the Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies prohibited and authorized activities to be performed within the above mentioned area in: land, pollution, fisheries and forestry sectors. it establishes land tenure and land concession requirements, pollution control and quality standards, fishing methods and gears, prohibited mangue tree exploitation, etc.

These Regulations provide for certain classes or descriptions of licensable marine activity to be subject to a requirement for pre-application consultation to be undertaken in terms of sections 22 to 24 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. The Scottish Ministers are responsible for marine licensing in inshore waters under the 2010 Act and in offshore waters under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. Licensable marine activities include land reclamation works.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Plan Nacional de Demarcación y Organización Territorial 2013 – 2016 para todos los organismos competentes del Sistema Nacional de Demarcación Territorial, que es el resultado de la participación concertada con los gobiernos regionales, como principales actores de los procesos de saneamiento de los límites de las circunscripciones político-administrativas y de la organización racional del territorio.
