This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment of public or municipal land to multi-child families in ownership free of charge for housing construction, country housing construction and subsidiary small-holding. It shall be applicable to families with three and more dependent children. The aforesaid plots of land shall be selected out of stock of available land in accordance with land-use planning documentation. The aforesaid plots of land shall be allotted to a family as common indivisible property.

This Regional Law regulates management and protection of land as a basis for vital activity of the population. Regional administration shall have the following competence in the sphere of land relations: (a) enforcement of the federal land legislation; (b) expropriation, including bailout, of plots of land for public needs; (c) elaboration and realization of regional programs for land conservation; (d) management and disposal of land plots pertaining to regional property; and (e) other plenary powers not pertaining to federal bodies or local government.

This Regional Law regulates the issues related to ownership, tenure and disposal of agricultural land. It establishes the modalities of allotment of plots of agricultural land pertaining to state and municipal property.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum agricultural land area located within the boundaries of one municipal district that can be owned by a single natural and (or) legal person shall be established equal to 10 percent of total available agricultural land area located on the aforesaid territory at the moment of allotment and (or) purchase of such agricultural land plots”.

This Act lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest land, recultivation and improvement of land quality. Agricultural lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; recultivation; and preservation of peat areas and natural water reservoirs. Forest lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; restoration of land value; and prevention from reduction of productivity.

This Law regulates the correct and sustainable functioning of the agricultural land market in sense of agricultural land use and its related requirements and standards to be applied related to the Macedonian agriculture development asset.The effective functions of the provisions prescribed are the following: restitution of the land under concession; authorization for the land use without mandatory compensation; issuance of the short-term land use authorizations; long-term land use concessions and related standards; actual sale of the agricultural land (state property or state ownership).

This Law prescribes all necessary standards, rules and procedures aimed to regulate the correct and sustainable management of the geodetic-cadastre of the Macedonian Republic, including the provisions governing the information system, the maintenance of the real estate cadastre, the establishment and maintenance of the cadastre of infrastructure objects as part of the real estate cadastre, the basic geodetic works, the geodetic works for special purposes, the real estate property survey performed in service of the real estate cadastre, the survey and the maintenance of the state borderline

This Act amends various Acts including the Registration and Records Act, the Harbour Master Act and the Agricultural Small Holdings Act. The Registration and Records Act is amended in the Schedule which, pursuant to section 40, prescribes fees for services. The Agricultural Small Holdings Act is amended in section 7, which prescribes stamp duties and fees, and Schedule B, which also prescribes fees for purposes of section 7 (2).

La presente Resolución aprueba la Relación de los Procedimientos Administrativos derivados del Decreto Legislativo y su reglamento que establece el Régimen Temporal Extraordinario de Formalización y Titulación de Predios Rurales, a cargo de las Direcciones Regionales de Agricultura o de los órganos que hacen sus veces en esa materia, vinculados a la función específica en materia agraria de los Gobiernos Regionales.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Directiva que regula la inscripción de los actos y derechos de las Comunidades Campesinas, con la finalidad de hacer compatibles los objetivos registrales con el funcionamiento consuetudinario de las instituciones tradicionales de gobierno de las Comunidades, definiendo procedimientos especiales y flexibles que faciliten el acceso de las Comunidades Campesinas a los servicios de los Registros Públicos.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Guía General para la inscripción de los actos y derechos de las Comunidades Nativas, la misma que no tiene carácter normativo y cuyo contenido es de uso facultativo por las comunidades nativas.

The main purposes of this Act, consisting of 32 Sections divided into seven Parts and completed by 13 Schedules, are the following: to revoke reservations over various parcels of land; to revoke Crown grants and a Certificate of Title in relation to some of that land; to repeal the Burrumbeet (Russell Reserve) Land Act 1982; to provide for the revocation of part of the reservation of land at Albert Park and the re-reservation of that land; to provide for entry on and use of reserved land at Argyle Square for the construction and on-going use of a car park beneath that land.
