El presente Decreto establece la planta de personal para el cumplimiento de las funciones propias de las diferentes dependencias de la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales (UNAT).

El presente Acuerdo adopta medidas tendientes a evidenciar y profundizar la coordinación y articulación entre el Programa de Protección a Población en situación de desplazamiento que lideran el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia y el Sistema Nacional de Atención Integral a la Población Desplazada.

This Order: (a) amends the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 in provisions concerning rent reviews, succession, end of tenancy compensation, arbitration under the Act and the application of the Act to new tenancies; and (b) amends the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 with respect to notice periods under that Act. The amendments give parties to agricultural tenancies greater freedom of contract as to the matters subject of amendment by this Order.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for state registration of soil fertility indices of agricultural land, which shall be a complete system of data collection and information processing in order to: (a) form a reliable database on the state and dynamics of soil fertility of agricultural land; (b) identify and prevent negative impacts of economic activities on agricultural land; (c) identify reserves to ensure sustainable agricultural production; and (d) provide information support to the state land cadastre.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the Agriculture Reform, the following rural propterties: Fazenda Pitombeira, Fazenda Boa Esperanca II, Fazenda Boa Esperanca III, Fazenda Boa Esperanca IV, Fazenda São Judas Tadeu, Fazenda Santa Engrácia e Periperi. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Insitute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto el procedimiento de regularización al que pueden acogerse los loteos de bienes raíces, sea en áreas urbanas que rurales, que cumplan las condiciones indicadas.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento que norma el Sistema de incentivos para vivienda rural y urbano marginal, que es un subsidio único y directo, con carácter no reembolsable, que otorga el Estado por intermedio del Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda por una sola vez, mediante un sistema transparente de calificación, destinado a beneficiar a las familias de escasos recursos económicos de las áreas rurales y sectores urbano marginales para financiar la construcción o mejoramiento de la vivienda.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation. The conditions and exemptions concern green cover, the setting aside of land for the control of weeds, use of pesticides and grazing.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the Agricultural Chamber of Saarland being under the control of the Ministry for the Environment. Article 2 establishes that the Chamber shall promote agriculture in the interest of the public well-being and represent its interests.

This Act lays down basic provisions on land tenure, both rural and urban. All land in Viet Nam is the property of the State, but individual and corporate users, both domestic and foreign, can obtain from the State usufructuary rights under lease-type contractual arrangements (art. 1). Long-term leases, in particular, of cropland are made for twenty years for annual crops and aquaculture, and for fifty years for perennial crops, both terms being renewable on expiry (art. 20).

“Crown range” means land included within the boundaries of a range district as established under this Act, but does not include land that is subject to a lease issued under the Land Act (sect. 1). Section 3 establishes that power is given to "regional and district managers" to grant rights over Crown range in the form of grazing licences, grazing permits, temporary grazing permits, hay cutting licences and hay cutting permits.
