The present Poverty Reduction Strategy and Action Plan (PRSAP) 2007 provides the framework for poverty focused planning and budgeting in the short to medium term. Poverty reduction will be central to all sectoral development plans and the medium term expenditure framework. Part 3 defines the Overarching Policy Objective as follows: The overriding goal of the PRSAP is to reduce poverty by more than 50% by 2015 and then ultimately eradicate it by 2022.

El presente Acuerdo reglamenta el Subsidio Integral de Reforma Agraria (SIRA), en cuanto a sus generalidades, sujetos de atención, predios a adquirir, proyecto productivo y procedimiento para su otorgamiento. El presente Acuerdo únicamente se aplicará cuando no existan las zonas rurales con intervenciones integrales para promover el desarrollo rural, o cuando existiendo no sea viable la asignación del subsidio al interior de ellas. El SIRA será equivalente al valor de la Unidad Agrícola Familiar (UAF), fijada en función de la evaluación técnica y financiera del proyecto productivo.

This Law sets forth the legal basis for the establishment and activities of dekhkan farm and is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of this economic activity. Dehkan farm shall be subject of entrepreneurship performing production, storage, processing and trade of agricultural commodities; the aforesaid activities are based on the personal labor of one person or joint activity of a group of individuals on a land plot and property belonging thereto.

Article 33 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots allotted for smallholding can be transferred by citizens for tenancy by legal entities of Ukraine and used by them for agricultural commodity production, farming without changing the specific use of these land plots”. Article 93 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The term of lease of agricultural land for agricultural commodity production, farming and smallholding cannot be less than 7 years”. The Rural Land Use Policy for Fiji is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The general principle of this Policy is to determine responsibilities of the State, landowners and land users in the fields of sustainable rural development, land management, protection of natural resources, having regard to biophysical, cultural, social and commercial factors.Technical, institutional and legal framework will be strengthened and assessment will be carried out on agricultural land, pastures and forests to ensure efficient land use.

This Law, consisting of 43 articles divided into five Chapters, creates the Ecological and Economic Zone of the State of Acre.

The Purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and those necessary for the enforcement of such matters. Article 3 lists item subject to a resource survey to be conducted under article 3 of the aforementioned Act. Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement wallon porte exécution du décret du 20 octobre 2016 limitant les fermages. Notamment, l’article 2 établit que pour l'application de l'article 2, paragraphe 1er, du décret susvisé, le Ministre calcule la moyenne des coefficients des fermages des provinces pour chaque région agricole, en vigueur au 1er janvier 2016, pondérée en fonction des surfaces agricoles utiles de chacune de ces provinces. Les surfaces agricoles utiles visées à l'alinéa 1er sont établies sur base des demandes uniques de l'année précédant l'entrée en vigueur du présent arrêté.

The overall goal of the Uganda Strategic Investment Framework for Sustainable Land Management 2010 - 2020 (U-SIF SLM) is to ensure that key sectors are cooperating to improve natural resources based livelihoods and other ecosystem services.

This Decree, consisting of 4 Chapters, regulates the selection process for the families beneficiary of the National Agrarian Reform. This Decree specifies the following issues: the selection of families candidates for being beneficiaries of the National Agrarian Reform Programme - PNRA, the verification of the beneficiary's conditions for staying in the Programme and the illegal occupation of the settlement projects, the provisional and definitive titling of the granted plots and the allocation of the remaining areas belonging to the land reform settlement projects.
