Attribution of lands to categories in Ukraine is considered as one of the areas of the state, as a result of which a category of land, which defines the legal regime of use. Compliance with such a regime is one of the main responsibilities of land users, and its failure may be grounds for bringing such persons to legal liability and termination of their land rights.

Transformations which take place now in the the economy of Ukraine, and in particular in agriculture considerably exacerbated organizational and legal problems and organizational and territorial forms of local agricultural enterprises, protection of land ownership rights.

Modern land reform, that continues in Ukraine since the beginning of the 90-th of ХХ century, is a logical result of the functioning of society and the state..

Land Reform in Ukraine is already a considerable period of time.
