The Act on activities of sworn surveyors establishes the right of surveyors to carry out activities as independent professionals and private entities such as of topographic, photogrammetric and cartographic work. These Regulations regulate such activities. Regulations concern qualifications, authorization, definition of actual work, registration, contracts for the provision of services, etc.

This Act regulates land tenure in villages established pursuant to a settlement and resettlement program in the 1970's. Section 3 provides for the extinguishment of all rights to occupy or to use land in accordance with any customary law existing or held or claimed to be held by any person in any village.

The Rural Land Corporation is established under regulation 2. The Corporation may: (a) manage land, plantations or residential properties; (b) undertake the business of farmers, ranchers, cultivators of timber, sawmillers and timber merchants; (c) process any crops grown on land including copra, cocoa and rice, and carry out other functions specified in regulation 3.

The principal Act is amended by replacing the expression "Governor-General" wherever it appears in the Native Land Trust Act by the expression "President of Fiji".

These Regulations make provision with respect to measures of enforcement for purposes of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972. It concerns, among other things: contents of enforcement notices; appeals against enforcement notices; and registration of (matters relating to) certain enforcement notices.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that industrial land shall be considered allocated to enterprises, organizations and institutions for realization of specific industrial purposes. Land survey service shall be the authorized state institution that shall allocate plots of land to the applicants in-situ.

These Regulations prescribe the manner in which appeals shall be made to the Board, and the procedures to be adopted by the Board in hearing appeals and the records to be kept by the Board.

The present Ordinance enforces the Land Parcel Act of 28. July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091) and the Reich Settlement Act of 11 August 1919. Article 1 establishes that the sale of one or more contiguous properties forming an economic unit and not exceeding 15ha does not require an authorization under the afore-mentioned Land Parcel Act. The text consists of 4 articles.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Physical Planning Ordinance with respect to applications for: (a) a grant of development permission; (b) permission to demolish or develop a building subject to a building preservation order; (c) permission to cut or remove a plant subject to a Plant Preservation Order; and (d) the right to subdivide land.
