The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. The present Ordinance applies to both geobase data of federal and cantonal legislation.

This Regional Law establishes minimum and maximum dimensions of public and municipal land that can be transferred in ownership to citizens farming, gardening, horticulture, stockbreeding and suburban housing construction related to gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding.

These Rules amend the Circuit Court Rules in relation with proceedings for specified relief and other proceedings under the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of elaboration of and decision-making in relation to classification of land areas as urban land, exclusion of land areas from category of urban land and establishment of authorized types of land tenure. The aforesaid decisions shall be made by the Governor and shall be legalized in the form of Governor’s normative legal act.

This Law amends the Strata Titles Registration Law (2005 Revision) in the interpretation section and in provisions concerning, among other things: creation of strata lots, duties and powers of a corporation created by the proprietors of all the strata lots of the property, voting rights, disposition of common property, bye-laws, and creation of easements and agreements.

This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of veterinary zoning of the national territory with a view of identification of infectious animal diseases. Competent state body in the sphere of veterinary shall establish veterinary and sanitary well-being status of the national territory and shall compile epizootic map of veterinary zoning of the national territory.

This Governmental Decree regulates the issues of constitution, modification of category, validation of boundaries and cancellation of protected areas.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for application of payment of fees for use of pastures (except for grazing in public forest and in protected areas) pertaining to state ownership. The scope shall be to form standard approach in fixing payment of fees for use of pastures depending upon the number of livestock and animal species authorized for grazing.

The Agricultural Credit Account, kept in terms of section 20A of the Agricultural Credit Act (here repealed), continues to exist despite the repeal of that Act and is to be called the Agricultural Debt Account.
