This Order amends Order No. 475/2001 regulating for the environmental measures to be applied within Rural Development Plan - RURIS. The amendments concern the requirements to be met in order to issue the aforementioned financial assistance regime.

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for decision-making related to expropriation of land for public needs”.

The Vision of the present Land Policy in Cambodia is to administer, manage, use and distribute land in equitable, transparent, efficient and sustainable manner in order to contribute to achieving national goals of poverty alleviation, ensuring food security, national resources and environmental protection, national defence and socio-economic development in the context of market economy.

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may grant subsidies to owners and tenants of farms for the maintainance of changed drainage in areas specifically designated, and which have been subject to a commitment of funding to the regulation of drainage conditions, as provided in article 10.

These Regulations specify the ground rents (in the First Schedule), which shall be payable by persons holding land specified in that Schedule. The fees set out in the Second Schedule shall be payable in respect of transactions in land specified in that Schedule.

La presente Resolución adopta el nuevo procedimiento para la obtención de la certificación del valor catastral de un inmueble, que será expedida vía Internet, en papel simple, sin costo alguno para el contribuyente y sin necesidad de presentar un escrito formal ante la Dirección de Catastro y Bienes Patrimoniales del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.

The Governor shall appoint a Commission to deal with concessions confirmed by the Chief Court. Any concession or grant on land conferring any of the rights listed in article 4 shall be suspended until further notification is made according to the provisions of this Act.

This Order prescribes the fees to be taken in the Land Registry for the purposes of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 and the manner in which those fees are to be paid.

La presente Ley sobre el régimen de propiedad de tierras de Guinea Ecuatorial, establece que se distinguirán las tierras según pertenezcan a particulares y entidades, o formen parte del patrimonio del Estado; estas últimas se dividirán en tierras de dominio publico y tierras de propiedad privada del Estado.
