This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the new procedure for purchasing and selling soil improvers. The Regulation establishes the new form of statement which should be signed by the purchaser of soil improver and passed to the communal veterinarian. The form is specified in the Annex.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of land pertaining to public property and municipal land shall be destined to allotment to multi-child families depending upon availability of land plots without edifices and constructions thereon, free of encumbrances, in accordance with land-use planning documentation and rules of land tenure”.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Request submitted by a citizen for allotment of plot of land for individual housing construction must be accompanied by certificate of permanent residence of the citizen and children thereof on the territory of municipal unit to which the request is forwarded”.

This Order confers powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government insofar as they relate to (parts) of Acts and Instruments specified in Part 1 or 2 of the Schedule to this Order.

This Act concerns the administration of Crown lands, allowing for the granting of Forest Management Licences (or Timber Licences) to a defined series of persons (holders of pulp and paper licences, purchasers of licences at public auctions or by tender, builders and operators of mills for the manufacture of forest products, etc.).

These Regulations amend the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 to implement the Council Directive 85/337/EEC, as amended, in respect of applications for approval of reserved matters and applications for any consent, agreement or approval required by a condition imposed on the grant of planning permission.

The intention of this Decree-Law is to enable, exceptionally, the State or the local government to acquire the ownership of private estates, through expropriation for public interest determined by Article 4 of the Decree-Law, against immediate, complete and absolute compensation. The compensation can be an other estate or money or both of them.

This National Land Policy will guide the country towards efficient, sustainable and equitable use of land for prosperity and posterity. The Mission of the Policy aims at: promoting positive land reforms for the improvement of the livelihoods of Kenyans through the establishment of accountable and transparent laws, institutions and systems dealing with land (sec. 1.3).

This Order establishes that the following rights and encumbrances (restrictions) of immovable property, including land plots, shall be subject to compulsory registration: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) nature management; and (d) open-ended land tenure.
