This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization and performance of public control as a form of public participation. Subjects of public control shall be: (a) Regional Public Chamber; (b) Public Advisory Council of the Regional Legislative Assembly; (c) public councils of the regional executive bodies; and (d) public chambers of the municipal units.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The list and composition of documents for transfer of agricultural land plots to other land categories shall be established by the Regional Government”.

These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation of strategic development plans and local development plans under Part 2 of the Town and Country (Scotland) Act 1997. National Park authorities shall be involved in planning where the land to which the plan relates adjoins a National Park.
