This Order grants planning permission in respect of certain development which is necessary for the purposes of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza.
This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in respect of Wales by adding a new Part 39 to Schedule 2. Part 39 grants planning permission in respect of the erection of buildings necessary for the purpose of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza.
The present Regulation rules that as of 1 August 2008 a state enterprise under the name “Spatial Information and Survey” shall be established with its headquarter in Dresden. Article 2 outlines the tasks of the afore-mentioned Institute. The text consist of 6 articles.

The present Regulation implements the Saxon Waste Management-Soil Protection Law in its version of 31 May 1999. In particular, the Regulation implements article 8 of the afore-mentioned Law dealing with exemption of contaminated sites.
